Why Haven't I Received a Verification Code Via Email?

Troubleshooting steps if you haven't received a verification code email

If you've followed the steps for ‘Using Email Verification to Sign In’ but the email containing your verification code has not arrived in your inbox, please check the following:

  • Confirm the email address to which the code has been sent.

  • Check your spam/junk folder. The email will be from [email protected]

Occasionally, there may be a slight delay in delivery by the email server.

The verification code is valid for 30 minutes
