Steps to on how to check Verification Code issue
Step 1 - Receive verification code
You have followed the steps to login using your email and received a verification code in your inbox":

Please note that verification codes are single use and only valid for 30 minutes from your login attempt.
Step 2 - Using Verification Codes
If you are experiencing issues when trying to use the verification code, please try the following to assist with logging in:
1. Delete all DTA login emails in your inbox from previous login attempts
2. Please delete your browsing history and attempt to login again.
3. Go to dta.com.au
4. Click on 'Sign In' in the top right-hand corner
Helpful Tips for Using Verification Codes:
Allow a few minutes for the verification code email to arrive in your inbox
Check your spam/junk folder if the email has not arrived
Verification codes are valid for one-time access — a new code is required for each login
Avoid requesting multiple codes, as this can lead to your account being locked. Each time ‘request a new code’ is used, the previous code becomes invalid.
Note: Only the most recent code will be valid
