Using Email to Sign In to Your DTA Profile

How to log into your DTA account by email

Step 1: Log in to your Email Provider

Make sure you have access to your email inbox.


Step 2: Enter Email Address

On the DTA sign-in page, enter your email address in the box:


Step 3: Open Verification Code Email

Go to your email inbox and locate the email received from [email protected]:


Step 4: Copy and Paste Code

Copy and paste the verification code from the email into the verification field:

Please note that verification codes are single-use and only valid for 30 minutes from your login attempt.

If you are experiencing issues when attempting to use the verification code, please try the following:

  1. Delete all the DTA login emails in your inbox that were from previous DTA login attempts.

  2. Go to dta.com.au

  3. Click on 'Sign In' in the top left-hand corner.

Please delete your browsing history and attempt to log in again.


Helpful tips for using verification codes:

• Please allow a few minutes for the verification code email to arrive in your inbox.

• Check your spam folder if the email has not arrived.

• Verification codes are valid for one-time access. A new code is required for each login.

• Take care not to request multiple codes, as this can lead to your account being locked. Each time ‘request a new code’ is used, the previous verification code becomes invalid. Only the most recent code will be valid.
