DTAp for Organisations - Invite Staff

The DTAp for Organisations tool helps managers assess staff capabilities, identify skill gaps and plan training. This guide explains how to invite staff to the DTAp self-assessment after a group has been created.

Important:

  • You must invite at least 5 staff members per group

  • Staff will receive an email invitation to complete their assessment

  • Individual results are not visible- only group results are shown once at least 5 responses are received

Step 1 - Sign in

If you are not already signed in, begin by signing into your DTA account. If you're unsure how to sign in, refer to our guide on How to Sign Into Your DTA Account for step-by-step instructions.

Step 2 - Navigate to your Dashboard

Once signed in, click on My Dashboard at the top of the DTA website.

Step 3 - Access DTAp for Organisations

Once on your Dashboard, select DTAp for Organisations.

Step 4 - Invite Staff

  • If you have created only one group, a pop-up will appear prompting you to select Invite Staff. Which also includes information on how invitations work and privacy details.

  • If you have created multiple groups, locate your group and click Invite Staff next to the relevant Group.

Step 5 - Enter Email Addresses and Send

  • To add multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma, or press Spacebar or Enter. You can also copy and paste a list of emails into the box.

  • Each person will receive an email with a unique link to access the DTAp assessment. The link will expire after use.

Please ensure all email addresses are entered correctly. The system will not detect invalid emails, so it’s best to double-check spelling before sending invitations.

Step 6 - Invitations Sent

After sending the invites, you will receive a pop-up stating the invitations have been sent.

Step 7 - Staff Receive Invitation Email

Staff will receive an email invitation similar to the sample below, with a link to begin their assessment.
