You can sign in to your DTA account in 3 simple steps:
Step 1: Sign In
Click the ‘Sign In’ button at the top right of the website:
Step 2: Choose your sign-in option:
Enter your email address: Enter your email address to receive a verification code. Refer to Step 3 below for further information about using verification codes.
Sign in with Apple, Google or Microsoft: If you have an existing account with one of these platforms, you can use that account for direct access to your DTA account (i.e. the sign-in process is complete and the following verification steps do not apply).
Please note that your DTA profile is linked to your email address. If you change your sign-in method, make sure to sign in with the same primary email. Using a different email address will create a duplicate account.
Note for Apple Users:
If you sign in with Apple ID and choose to "Hide my email," Apple will create a private email address like [email protected]. This isn't a valid email so you won't be able to receive any emails if your profile is linked to it.
Step 3: Verification Code
Navigate to your email account to retrieve your 6-digit verification code.
(Please allow a few minutes for the verification code email to arrive in your inbox. Check your spam folder if the email has not arrived).
Step 4: Enter Your Verification Code
Please note that verification codes are single-use and only valid for 30 minutes from your login attempt.
You need to follow this process each time you sign in to your DTA account.
Helpful Tips for Using Verification Codes:
• Please allow a few minutes for the verification code email to arrive in your inbox.
• Check your spam folder if the email has not arrived.
• Verification codes are valid for one-time access. A new code is required for each login.
• Take care not to request multiple codes, as this can lead to your account being locked. Each time ‘request a new code’ is used, the previous verification code becomes invalid.
Note: Only the most recent code will be valid
