Troubleshooting Steps

If your course still isn't loading correctly, or if images or text aren't displaying, please try the following steps:
Step 1: Refresh Your Browser
Refresh the course page using the refresh button
Once refreshed, try loading the course again.
Step 2: Clear Your Browser History and Cache
Delete your browsing history.
Clear your browser cache (see links below for browser-specific instructions).
Once cleared, reopen your browser and try accessing the course again
Step 3: Restart Your Device
If the course still doesn't load after refreshing and clearing your cache, restart your device.
After restarting, log back in and try opening the course.
