Why Isn't My Course Loading?

Common causes and step-by-step troubleshooting instructions to help you resolve issues of loading a course

Please be aware that when you select 'Start Learning Now,' you may encounter a brief blank page as the course loads. Allow a few moments for the course to fully load. Once it's ready, select ‘Start Course’ to begin your training.

Troubleshooting Steps

For the best experience, we recommend accessing the course on a computer rather than a mobile device or tablet, as some features may not display or function correctly on mobile or iPad devices.


If your course still isn't loading correctly, or if images or text aren't displaying, please try the following steps:

Step 1: Refresh Your Browser

  • Refresh the course page using the refresh button

  • Once refreshed, try loading the course again.


Step 2: Clear Your Browser History and Cache

  • Delete your browsing history.

  • Clear your browser cache (see links below for browser-specific instructions).

  • Once cleared, reopen your browser and try accessing the course again


Step 3: Restart Your Device

  • If the course still doesn't load after refreshing and clearing your cache, restart your device.

  • After restarting, log back in and try opening the course.
