Why Is My Course Progress Not Saving?

If you're having trouble with your course progress not saving, follow these steps to ensure your progress is properly recorded

Important:

If you remain inactive in the course for extended periods, such as leaving the training open in another tab or window while completing tasks elsewhere, your session may time out. To prevent this, always close the course properly when stepping away and login/resume course when you're ready to continue.


Step 1- Resume Your Course

  • If you've been logged out, please sign in to your account on the DTA website.

  • Navigate to ‘My eLearning Courses’ section and click Resume Course:


Step 2- Complete Each Section

  • Ensure all questions on each page are answered & scroll to the end of the page:

  • Click the Exit Course button at the top right corner of the page when you're ready to take a break or finish your session:

Important:

Simply pressing Exit without scrolling to the bottom may prevent the system from recognising your progress. Avoid closing the browser window directly, as this may result in your progress not being saved. Always use the Exit Course button.


Step 3- Provide Screenshots for Assistance

If your progress still isn't saving:

  • Take screenshots showing your current course progress.

  • Email it to [email protected] detailing the issue you are encountering & providing these information:

    • Your device and browser version

    • The name of the course you're trying to access
