Please note you will only be able to join the virtual classroom 10 minutes before the start time of the session.
Step 1. Access My Dashboard
Once signed in, click on ‘My Dashboard’ at the top of the DTA website.
Step 2. Access "My Workshops"
Click on ‘My Workshops’ from the Dashboard menu.
Step 3. View Your Virtual Classroom in "My Workshops"
Click "View Workshop Details" to continue.
Step 4. Open the Scheduled Workshop Session
Scroll down to Session Events.
Here you will see your scheduled virtual classroom, including the date and time.
Step 5. Confirm Your Session Details
On the right-hand side under My Sessions, review:
• Session date and time
• Attendance requirement
• Your progress (e.g. 0 of 1 events attended)
Step 6. Join the Virtual Classroom
When the workshop is about to begin – Please note this will only work 10 minutes before the start time of the session:
• Click the “Join” button next to your session
OR
• Click the “Join” button under Course Upcoming Events
You will then be taken into the live virtual classroom.
