Steps on deleting your Learning Pathways account

Step 1 - Sign In:

If you are not already signed in, begin by signing into your Learning Pathways account. If you're unsure how to sign in, refer to our guide on how to sign in to Learning Pathways for step-by-step instructions.


Step 2 - Navigate to Your Account Details Page:

After signing in, locate your profile icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen and select ‘Account Details’.


Step 3 - Go to Account Deletion Section:

• Scroll down within the Account Details page to locate the "Delete My Account" section, positioned at the bottom of the page.

• Within the "Delete My Account" section, select the option that says "I Want to Delete My Account." This will trigger the account deletion process.


Step 4 - Confirmation:

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear.

Please be aware that deleting your account is irreversible, and all your data, including saved learning offerings and collections, will be permanently deleted.

  • If you are sure about deleting your account, select the "Delete" option to confirm.

  • Upon successful account deletion, you will be automatically signed out of your Learning Pathways account.

  • You have successfully deleted your Learning Pathways account.
